Administrative Assistant - Recruiting

This assistant will provide administrative support to a Human Resources Manager and Supervisor. Responsibilities include appointment and meeting scheduling, telephone coverage, filing, preparation of established and ad hoc reports, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports. In addition, the assistant will be responsible for analysis and documentation of HR-related information. Duties will involve frequent contact and communication with a variety of people in the organization. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access)
- Experience with electronic calendaring (Lotus Notes is a plus)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Some experience working in a Human Resources environment desired but not required
- Bachelor degree and prior experience supporting more than one manager is a plus
