Administrative Assistant/Sales Support

Administrative Assistant/Marketing/Client Relations:

 

Administrative Assistant to provide support to the sales department.

The position will be responsible for developing ways to increase sales, implementing, documenting and managing them, as well as supporting Sales Department:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

?  Preparing quotes

?  Coordinating and implementing marketing projects (e-mails, promotions, etc)

?  Customer relations management:

o Helping clients with their inquiries, complaints etc.

o Assisting with shipment process

o Maintaining track of orders

o Responsible for service issues

?  Maintaining customer database

?  Developing new customers

?  Ability to interact with customers & sales staff professionally

? Administrative support to sales representatives

 

Requirements:

v Professional email and letter writing skills required

v Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Macola database

v Associates or Bachelors degree

v 3-5 solid years of experience as an administrative support in sales department

v Working for a manufacturing/industrial company preferred

v Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

v Excellent customer service skills
