Administrative Assistant (TOC Analytics)

Description:
Provide support to associates within the North American Industry Surveys group of TOC Analytics. Perform moderately complex administrative duties which include a degree of initiative and responsibility. Assist in the production of custom compensation surveys including survey layout, word processing, report compilation of independent segments of reports. Lead production of RFP responses and routine correspondence.

Responsibilities Include (Customer Services)
--Prepare more complex documents
--Create and maintain spreadsheets
--Create presentations
--Prepare and manage deliverables (production, assembly, mailings, etc.)
--Compose correspondence from specific notes or directions.
--Compile and/or summarize information from several sources
--Take minutes at team meetings and post in client database
--Create mail merges and update contact databases
--Support team of 15+ associates
--Support other groups as needed
--Maintain data within databases
--Data entry of forms
--Help with special projects as needed
--Miscellaneous duties including mail, faxing, copying, phones, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements

Qualifications:
Preferred Years of Experience:
--Minimum of 3-4 years of prior administrative experience

Education/Certificate:
--High school diploma or equivalent

Skills Requirements:
--Strong learning agility
--Attentive to details and have good follow-up skills
--Able to multitask and have good interpersonal skills
--Able to prioritize daily workload and respond to requests
--Takes direction on projects
--Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
--Good communication skills - significant contact with outside clients.
--Very good knowledge of Hewitt Identity (if internal applicant)
--Prior customer service background helpful

Technical Skills Requirements:
--Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
--Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
--Basic to intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
--Very strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
--Intermediate skills in Adobe
