If so, then what are you waiting for ? APPLY NOW!  Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant in their Commercial Real Estate company!  We are looking for someone who is creative and takes pride in their work.  Responsibilities include:

 

* Assisting Brokers with their needs and meeting deadlines

* Typing correspondence, sending e-mails, research and gathering info

* Creating market books for client tours

* Keeping property listings and brochures up to date

* Making car and dinner reservations

* Backing up reception

* Faxing documents and maintaining files

* Researching and obtaining tax and pin numbers from county assessor?s office

* Other duties as assigned



Required Skills:

 

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of Administrative Assistant experience with a real estate background.  MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.  PhotoShop, PhotoMapper and Regis/MapInfo are all a HUGE PLUS!  Real Estate License is preferred.
