Administrative Assistant, Workforce Management Team

Summary:

Serve as Administrative Assistant to Workforce Management and the CPCO. Duties will include database management, assistance with scheduling issues, report preparation, and supply ordering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Reconcile employee schedule with records for payroll.
? Liaison between site Leads and WMT scheduling issues.
? Assist with creating new shifts within the Work Force Management Software. Maintain rules about how agents work and create new ones when necessary.
? Assist in ensuring schedules are published within acceptable time frames.
? Assist with developing projected future call volumes for intra-day, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual increments.
? Assist in maintaining employee schedule matrix for Care Center.
? Assist in maintaining database on employee vacation requests and personal time, providing reporting to appropriate manager.
? Create and maintain additional databases as directed for Care Center.
? Compile data from several sources into charts, graphs, summaries.
? Order supplies and disperse in Care Center and other Operations areas.
? Assist in creation of manuals for the department.
? Coordinate meeting schedules.
? Maintain filing in all related areas.
? Assist in finding coverage for denied schedule requests.
? Travel and lodging arrangements for staff.
? Assist in food ordering and organizing events.
? Other duties as assigned.


Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:

? Must have excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
? Individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast -paced environment.
? Candidate must be able to work with limited direction and be self-motivated.
? Highly creative outlook a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

? Candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative support role, experience working in a call-center environment preferred.

Computer Skills:

? Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
