Administrative Assistant for Busy Real Estate Office!

As an Administrative Assistant in our Westport office, you can make a real contribution to our growth, while advancing your future with a company that values its people as our most important competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Ensure integrity and accuracy of all record keeping
Process all real estate transactions
Coordinate the Escrow function of the office
Coordinate all advertising activities
Maintain multiple listing and other data processing systems

Candidate Requirements:
1-3 years office administration experience.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
Real Estate office experience and/or a Real Estate License a plus.
