Administrative Assistant for Planned Giving in the Office Of Development
The Association of Graduates of the United States Military Academy is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant for Planned Giving in the office of Development. A 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, the Association of Graduates is dedicated to furthering the ideals and promoting the welfare of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and serving its graduates. The Association's offices are located at the Herbert Alumni Center at West Point, New York. Reporting to the Director for Planned Giving, responsibilities include correspondence preparation, event planning, donor research, coordination with external agencies such as banks, attorneys and financial planners, year-end tax reporting for trust donors, calculations pertaining to various planned gifts, and handling a variety of legal questions. Development or planned giving experience preferred. Salary high-$20's, commensurate with skills and experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
