Administrative Assistant for Training Programs

Our mission is to assist manufacturers in increasing productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Much of our work involves small to mid-sized manufacturing clients.

 



POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for assisting with the project management of training programs.  We are seeking a highly detailed individual who is confident, multi-tasked and self-motivated.  Specific tasks related to this position include, but are not limited to:

 Creating Excel training plansCreating Excel budgets detailing expenses related to the training plansProject Management:Scheduling and coordinating coursesTracking participant enrollmentCustomer service/trouble shootingTracking reports and data analysis for managementDocumentation control

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

? Associates degree and/or equivalent education and experience

? 3+ years of relevant administrative assistant work

? Proficiency in Excel ? spreadsheets, formulas, tracking

? Excellent customer services skills ? friendly/pleasant and responsive to both internal and external customers

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

? Grant administration experience
