Administrative Assistant needed for Rapidly Growing Professional Landscape Company
Austin Outdoor, a Palm Coast based dynamic and fast-paced landscape company, is seeking an administrative star!
General responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*Organizing and tracking department jobs and files
*Answering employee and client inquiries in a professional manner
*Writing and typing correspondence
*Creating/editing Powerpoint Presentations
*Tracking and entering employee timesheets
*Some ad hoc accounting projects
To Qualify, Candidates Must Have:
*Recent and stable work history in an administrative role such as secretary, administrative assistant, executive assitant, or office manager
*Be highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
*Have a professional and friendly demeanor along with excellent customer service skills
*Be pro-active and have a "can-do" attitude
*A minimum of an Associates Degree
