Administrative Assistant to $29k+ -

Job Description: As the Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will be:

-Welcoming visitors, answering phones, taking messages, faxing and receiving faxes and distributing accordingly. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail,
-Assisting general manager with daily assignments and correspondence
-Ordering office supplies
-Bi-Lingual (Spanish-English), familiarity with technical terms in Spanish and English a plus
-Experience in multi-tasking, coordinating various tasks at once
-Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Dependable and flexible.
