Administrative Assistant to $32k+ - Financial

Job Description: Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. A/P experience a plus. Will be assisting with other administrative duties as needed. MS Suite proficient.
Provides advanced secretarial and administrative support. Exercises initiative and judgment in handling routine and confidential material and inquiries. Composes correspondence and memos, maintains appointment schedules, coordinates travel arrangements, schedules meetings. Typically works with Senior Management or Executives.
4-year minimum administrative experience. Excellent secretarial skills, excellent reading and comprehension skills, excellent coordination and time management skills. Self-motivated, independent and hard working, ability to work under pressure within team environment. High school diploma or equivalent, (2+ years college preferred).
