Administrative Assistant to $50k – Boston

Excellent opportunity to join one of Boston?s most prestigious companies.  You will join the team as an Administrative Assistant and you will be responsible for data entry, assisting with the preparation of orientation materials and schedules, managing the flow of work for the department, organizing a complex calendar, and planning events as well as large group meetings. The qualified candidate will have three or more years of administrative experience, excellent interpersonal, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
