Administrative Assistant to $55k plus Bonus – Investments
Rare opportunity to join Boston?s premier boutique investment firm as the Administrative Assistant to a high profile executive. This firm has billions of assets under management but the feel of a small company and they are looking for an administrative professional to make a long-term commitment to a great environment. You will provide project-oriented administrative support and have heavy contact over the phone and in person with investors and VIP contacts. Duties will include managing a database of investment contacts, creating and maintaining records of investments, producing presentation materials and correspondence, screening and prioritizing calls to the Director, planning meetings, coordinating complex travel arrangements, assisting with research on clients, potential clients, and new investments. The ideal candidate is a college graduate with at least three years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services or in a law firm, excellent computer skills and exceptional communication skills.
