Administrative Assistant to Executive Director

Evelyn Douglin Center, A progressive and expanding Brooklyn based Not-For-Profit Human Services Agency is currently seeking the right professional to work as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.

 

The professional we seek must be extremely polished with a high level of professionalism, excellent written and oral communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.  Previous experience working for a senior executive in a corporate environment is preferred.  Candidate must be a proactive thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively and possess exceptional computer skills which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Bachelor's degree is required. 

 

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

?Providing administrative support for the Executive Director.

? Managing calendar, coordinating and setting up for conferences.Maintaining various databases and spreadsheet.Screening incoming calls; respond independently when necessary.Composing letters, memos and confidential correspondence.Facilitating travel arrangements, managing invoices and expenses.
