Administrative Assistant to Import Department

New England Pottery/GKI is a leader in the lawn and garden and holiday lighting and pre-lit foliage industries.  We are looking for a qualified individual to join our import team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

?  AS degree or equivalent

?  1-3 years clerical / administrative experience

?  Detail oriented

?  Sense of urgency

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?  Good organizational skills - must be able to multi-task

?  Microsoft Office skills

?  Experience with AS/400 and A Plus

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

?  Administrative support to Import Department

?  Arrange for wire transfers to International vendors

?  Process freight and broker invoices and trucking bills

?  Import Cost verification

?  Set-up and maintain import files

?  Work within the Exel Import program
