Administrative Assistant with Equity Research Group

Job Responsibilities:
Work proactively to support a VP and Senior Director in Global Securities and ResearchMaintenance of complex calendars in Outlook and extensive international travel arrangements Manage international travel plansProcess expense reports on a timely basis; correspond with accounts payable management on all requests to complete transactionBuild and maintain relationships with all work related personnelInteraction with all levels of executive management, support staff, clients, etc. with strictest confidence, professionalism and respectHours: 8:30am-5pm, minimal overtimeQualifications:
Bachelors degree

Internship in a financial services firm preferredProfessional positive attitude and appearance Articulate - excellent verbal and written communication skills Ambitious and assertiveSelf-guidedAbility to work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills Highly organized and able to prioritize Ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail Ability to interface with all levels of Executive Management Ability to handle confidential matters and information Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. PowerPoint is a plus
