Administrative Assistants for long term Temporary positions

Dynamic Tucson based non-profit organization is in search of several administrative assistants to join their team while the plan for their annual convention. These positions will coordinate all aspects of the convention with vendors and attendees. Several of these positions will also travel to the convention and help out on-site. Qualifications :
The ideal candidates for these positions will have a minimum of 3 years of office based experience, ideally in an administrative capacity. You will need to have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with quick/accurate data entry.
