About the Company Best Restaurant Equipment & Design was founded in 1987. We specailize in layout design and specify turnkey equipment for casual dining chain restaurants such as Applebee's, Steak-n-Shake, Houston's and many others. We also provide furniture packages, supply small wares and customized re-order programs. About the Opportunity Best Restaurant Equipment & Design has a full-time position available handling our front dest duties and greeting customers. Daily responsibilities include; answering mulit-line phone, sort & distribute inbound/outbound mail and faxes, filing, assist with spreadsheets and correspondence to customers. Invoice processing is a significant part of this position.

Qualifications

Have experience in Word & Excel and have the ability to create and update spreadsheets.

Experienced with a 15+ line phone system. Communicate with customers and take thorough messages.

Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.

Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.

Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.

Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
