Distribution of Mail Tax Return Printing and Filing Mailing of Checks Complete all departmental filing requirements Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for distribution of property tax assessment notices, tax bills, tax returns, audit notices, refunds, and other items, to both on site and off site employees as well as contractors. Date stamping of all mail. Printing and filing in drawers of over 10,000 local property tax returns. Validation of checks, and matching them against payment stubs and mailing of over 15,000 tax bills annually.

Skill Experience Need: 1) MS Excel Entry Level Required 2) Organizational Skills Expert Required 3) Ms Outlook (Email) Intermediate Required 4) Calculator Intermediate Required 5) Filing Expert Required 6) Copying Intermediate Required
