Always In Season Decorating Services has an immediate opening for a fulltime seasonal/temporary administrative support person through January 2007. We specialize in holiday d?cor that we manufacture, install and remove between October and January. Our office is located in the Heights at 701 East 6 ? Street. Hours are M-F 8:30 ? 5:30.

Required Skills:
Positive attitude
Good people and phone skills
Team Player
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to follow instruction and follow-through
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Microsoft Office and Excel experience

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in all aspects of administrative support as needed as well
as assisting in processing applications and new hire paperwork
Managing and directing company phones and incoming calls
Basic data entry
