Administrative Coordinator for Jack's Real Estate Legal Team

Are you a detailed, teamwork-oriented administrative professional with a real estate or legal background?

As the Administrative Coordinator in Real Estate Legal you will be responsible for:

 

?  Administrative support to multiple managers (i.e. managing calendars, arranging meetings and travel, screening incoming calls)

?  Reviewing Letters of Intent sent to the Real Estate Asset group for accuracy

?  Preparing the initial draft of sale/leaseback documents

?  Ordering Title Reports and Surveys of each site for the buyer

?  Discussing logistics and information issues with internal and external clients

?  Searching and reviewing legal files

?  Retrieving pertinent information relating to property management issues related to Corporate Projects

?  Composing, typing and distributing correspondence and legal documentation

?  Maintaining and monitoring lease information on the lease database

 

To qualify for this excellent career opportunity, candidates must have:

?  High school diploma or GED

?  10 years administrative experience in a legal or large sized business supporting multiple management team members

?  Experience in real estate legal matters preferred

?  Strong knowledge of real estate terminology

?  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

?  Strong language and grammar skills and good at proofreading
