Administrative Financial Assistant

About the Position:

 

Successful Financial Advisor seeking full time energetic assistant to provide administrative marketing support.  Cold calling is NOT required.  Candidate must be experienced, reliable, and customer service oriented.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right person in a fast paced, rewarding, challenging and fun environment.  Strong computer and organizational skills with a passion for detail and follow through are a must.

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Assistant will handle phone calls and faxes from existing clients; prioritze and monitor all work in progress; handle database input and maintenance; organize all administrative details including files; set appointments with clients; make travel arrangements.

 

Position Requirements:

 

Applicant MUST have experience in Financial Services with excellent written and communication skills.  Processing of insurance, annuities and securities along with computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & ACT required.  Ability to organize, coordinate and maintain a smooth running office environment.
