Administrative Marketing Assistant
Part- Time Administrative Marketing Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in all phases of advertising production for direct mail, and point of purchase materials such as signs, menus, wine lists, case cards, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Meets with and reviews all work in progress with outside vendors
? Books zip codes and account information with ADVO
? Bills customers for ADVO mailings
? Proofreads all advertising materials
? Bills-back suppliers for participation in programs
? Prepares internal VAS reports
? Makes collection telephone calls to customers
? Does all department clerical work such as filing, maintain sample files, vendor files, etc.
? Handles all phone calls when Marketing Manager is out of Office
? Creates miscellaneous sales sheets and bag stuffersAnswer incoming calls and handle as needed. Handles all administrative duties doe marketing department as needed. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma 1-3 years of administrative experience preferably supporting a marketing department. Proficient communication skills Advance skill level in Microsoft Office software Ability to multi task a must
