Administrative/Marketing Assitant

A dynamic, cutting edge, west-side insurance agency is seeking an administrative/marketing assistant to perform several duties related to the growth and customer service goals of the agency.  Job responsibilities will include:

Managing the Agency's marketing resources and administration of the marketing plan.

Managing the Agency's Property Inspection portfolio.

Managing the Agency's client retention process.

Client Development

Other administrative and marketing duties as needed.

Successful candidates will posses a professional and energetic demeanor.  The position requires a large amount of client, potential client, and professional peer interaction, and as a representative of the Agency, a friendly and helpful attitude is a must! 

Knowledge of the insurance industry is not required, customer service or sales experience is preferred and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) are mandatory. 

The position is part-time, but could turn into full-time with the right candidate.  The hours required are 4-8, Monday through Thursday.

Compensation is hourly pay plus performance bonuses.
