Administrative/Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant Position

The Personal Assistant works with the Director of Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) of a top legal services firm to provide daily support. The Personal Assistant helps to make the job of the director easier by handling administrative tasks.

 

Duties:
Responsible for the Director?s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and interviews
Reviewing Expense Reports, (Weekly and Monthly)
Research as per the Director?s requests
Organization of paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Arranging travel itinerary/accommodations

? Dictating notes for Director during important meetings/conferences

? Helping with recruitment

? Assisting those underneath the Director with projects as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal skills
