Administrative Position - Excel Guru needed!

Immediate Opening in Addison!!!

 

Temporary position helping client with data migration and data entry.  $13.00/per hour. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

Conversion

? Manipulate customer source data through designated conversion utilities

? Verify and audit completed work

? Analyze data discrepancies and implement solutions

? Establish and maintain compliance with all appropriate government regulations

 

Custom Data Services

? Data entry and conversion related projects as they arise

? Verification and audit of completed work

 

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

? Speed and accuracy

? The ability to work well in a team environment

? Patience in dealing with a changing product environment

? Familiarity with applicable HUD, Tax Credits, and Rural Development regulations

? General computer skills relative to DOS, Windows, The Internet, computer hardware, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Internet Explorer and other related software and computer topics

 

The opportunity to work over-time hours (nights and weekends) occurs on a regular basis dependent on the workload and may, from time to time, be required.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

? College Degree preferred or equivalent experience

? Windows and Internet knowledge is required

? Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel required

? Administrative and Customer Service skills required

? Affordable Housing (HUD and/or LIHTC) and related systems experience is preferred

? Above average organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required
