Administrative Position in Fast Growing Ticket Agency

StageFront Tickets, Inc. has been in business since 1985 and is one of the largest ticket agencies in the country. We are looking for someone who can fill a unique administrative type position in our company.

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a professional administrative or other professional office position

Purchasing and sales experience a plus

Computer skills and office software experience necessary ? MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook

Internet experience, EBay experience a plus

Well spoken with a professional appearance and demeanor

Superb organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Advanced oral and written communication skills

Must be flexible/comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Must have a hands-on style with the insight to anticipate problems and needs of the business

Must possess confidence and enthusiasm along with some leadership skills

We work normal business hours Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work half a day every other Saturday
