Administrative Sales Assistant-Entry Level Position

Looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic, result-oriented individual to assist the sales representatives in all areas of sales activities. Must have a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and productivity. 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Excellent face-to-face, telephone and written communication with customers and fellow employees.

Responsible for answering all incoming calls and scheduling appointments for our remodel sales rep.

Maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.

Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.

Use of MSOffice and salesforce.com for correspondence and creating reports.

Assist with collections on past due accounts.

 

 

Computer Skills:  Must be able to type 50wpm, Excel, Word, Internet, email.  Basic knowledge of Excel formulas.
