GC Services offers an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Secretary to join a talented and dynamic team of professionals within its Houston, Texas Headquarters.

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, essential functions will include but are not limited to the following:

 Compile and maintain reports utilizing Word, Excel and VisioSubmit employee timecard transmissionsMaintain schedule of employee reviews, vacations, birthdays, etc.Complete monthly journal entriesMaintain company gift check inventoryMaintain and order offices suppliesAnswer multi-line phone system.Complete special projects for VP of Treasury and Assistant Treasurers as requested.

 

Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college level Accounting classes preferred.

2+ years related experience required in a business office environment.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio

Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent organizational and time management skills are required

Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
