Administrative Services Assistant
Ellicott City, MD

The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist with the efficient operation of the office by responding to staff requests, answering phones in a pleasant and professional manner; monitor incoming fax system according to SOPs; and handling courier and mail deliveries. Additionally, responsibilities may include replacing toners for copiers and fax machines; assuring working order of facility and office equipment; , providing general support to the departments in the local office, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment functionality, assigning access cards, and other administrative projects as assigned.

The qualified candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent along with prior relevant experience. Must have excellent computer experience in Microsoft Office and must be able to multi-task. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
