Assignment Capsule


Answer incoming phone calls and greet all guests.

Provide a wide variety of administrative support to our Medicare Sales Team, as well as providing support to both the MSA (Manager of Sales Administration) and MSS (Marketing Support Specialist).

Arrange meetings/appointments for the staff as needed; prepare agendas and notify attendees.

Prepare a variety of materials, including letters, memoranda, charts and presentation materials.

Assist all associates with ordering supplies, retrieving information, etc.

Develop and maintain databases, files of documents and records, ensuring accurate and logical organization of files.

Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Administrative Knowledge: You understand methodologies and processes for coordinating and providing office administrative, clerical and support services.


Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving..


Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using the appropriate methodologies and tools.


Role Essentials

College degree or some college coursework preferred

3 or more years of administrative support experience

Proficient in ALL Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc)

Ability to type 60 wpm

Work independently in support of the department

Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Role Desirables

Sales & Marketing or Healthcare Organization experience is strongly preferred.

Reports to the Manager of Sales Administration
