 Summary

 

The Administrative Services Manager provides support to the President, Operations Manager, and other managers at TimeOut Services.  Responsibilities include payroll, Accounts Receivable, Benefits Administration, assisting with Requests for Proposals (RFP), managing the company?s website, as well as other office and analytic duties as may be assigned.

 

 Job Responsibilities

 Assure that payroll is processed in an accurate and timely basis, coordinating with third party Payroll Processes Provider (ADP).Coordinate company?s 401(k) program with Third Party Administrator (TPA) (ADP Retirement Services) and other benefits administration activities.Assure completion of all Accounts Receivable activities, including coding and posting Manage Accounts PayableTrack and post metrics for the performance of individual businesses and corporate sites.Maintain the company?s website. Maintain company personnel files in compliance with State and Federal regulations.Prepare spreadsheets and other reports as requested by President, Operations Manager or other managers.Manage company?s IT needs, interfacing with outside contractors as required.Prepare accounting reports in conjunction with outside bookkeeper.Assist in the preparation of RFPs, e.g. maintaining proposal template, coordinating required data, etc.Assist in preparation of flyers and other promotional materials, etc. Other duties as requested.
