Administrative Specialist

The Better Business Bureau serving Eastern Massachusetts, Maine & Vermont is looking for an Administrative Specialist.  Do you have what it takes to join our team? 

 

This entry level position will coordinate office services such as processing daily computer documents, processing daily mail using our Pitney Bowes Documatch machine, equipment maintenance with vendors, coordinate work flow of the mailroom operations, regulate office supplies, daily company receivables and other projects as directed.  Some local driving is required.

 

 

Qualifications:

College degree preferred.  Must be articulate with excellent communication skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel essential.  Opportunity for a self-motivated person with excellent organizational, math, writing and communication skills.

 

 

Hours:

Monday - Friday from 8:30PM to 4:30PM

(1 hour lunch) 35 hour work week.
