Kelly Automotive Services Group is seeking an Administrative Support person to work for one of our automotive customers located in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Description:
The position that we are looking to fill is actually a part time position (24 hours per week / 3days) and focused on administrative/clerical duties.

Skills Required:

- meticulous and accurate record keeping (files, data storage) - scheduling of outside contractors (phone calls as needed) - excellent communication skills - excellent follow-up skills - team player - meticulous attention to detail (detail oriented).

Experience Required:
- working knowledge of Microsoft office applications - ability to prioritize tasks by relevance of importance - excellent multi-tasking capabilities

Education Required:
High School diploma
Education Preferred:
Associates Degree
