We are now hiring for Enrollment Technicians, Medical Billing and Accounting Clerks, Data Entry Clerks, and Administrative Assistants! These positions require good computer skills, good data entry skills, math aptitude, and a proven record of reliability and accuracy. Background checks and reference checks required.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably within a health insurance related industry. Solid work history Excellent people skills with strong multitasking abilities Must be able to work independently, be a superb organizer, as attention to detail is an absolute must.Excellent phone skills and clear speaking voice required. Candidate will be on the phone w/ Members, Carriers, Brokers and Sales Reps. Understands that considerable judgment and discretion is required in all aspects of the position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Able to interact comfortably with all levels of a diverse team and management. Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines.Ability to understand and follow basic process with minimum guidance and supervision
