Administrative/Support Person

Growing Investment Advisory firm looking for a highly energized and organized person to help assist with its financial advisors.  The candidate should be eager to learn the business and participate in it?s growth.  This individual should be detailed oriented, able to multitask and develop organized systems to help manage the office.  Everyday tasks will include making appointments, following up with meetings and working directly with clients, downloading  and reconciling files. Knowledge of the financial markets, securities license and prior work with a financial advisor is a plus but is not necessary. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, communication skills and professional attitude
