DUTIES - Data entry clerk will support the Program Management team in their efforts to meet and/or exceed Sanmina-SCI customer expectations.
- Interaction with internal program management and operations management as required.
- Responsible for a high volume of data entry and the ability to work with little supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years in perfoming Order entry for a high volume company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer application skills including Microsoft Excel. Word, and Project.
- Prior experience using Oracle is also a plus.
- Looking for a strong experienced individual that exhibits good interpersonal skills and has the ability to multi-task with several Program Managers. Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency in meeting expecatations and the ability to work with little supervision.
> Gerneral organizational skills required (filing, sorting, etc)
>Ability to work overtime as required

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to relieve sales department managers or staff of administrative details. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, provide workers with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, perform word-processing of assignments, proofread, and research and compile special reports. Operates automated office equipment.
