Administrative Trainer

Coldwell Banker Real Estate seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrative professional to train new branch office administrative employees.  Duties will include training new Office Administrators and Listing/Advertising Coordinators on all company procedures and proprietary accounting and advertising systems, etc. This position requires knowledge of the Real Estate transaction process, including the calculation of commissions and file documentation.  This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, creative problem solving skills, project & time management skills, math aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.  This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 4 years of administrative experience in a real estate office.  Position is based in either East Bay or Silicon Valley and travel throughout the bay area is required.
