Administrator
Your function Seeking administrator to provide a full range of administrative support to department manager and team. Position requires a professional with high team orientation and good planning and organizing skills. Initiative and adaptability are also part of the pre-requisites for the job. Excellent knowledge of office automation tools is required.
Your responsibilities will be to
Gather, maintain and analyse technical or administrative data. Take necessary actions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
Prepare and produce standard reports, statistics and documents for internal or external use.
Deal with customer inquiries, choosing the most appropriate solution among a set of possible choices.
Handle contacts, within and outside the organisation unit. Respond to non-standard requests.
May provide input to well-defined smaller projects.
Expected to participate in back-up and telephone coverage for all teams.Do you have what it takes?
Education
A1 level -
Experience
From 3 to 5 years of related working experience. - 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
3 to 5 years experience with MS Office suite applications. Comfortable working with technical Excel spreadsheets.
Able to work within a team and also focus on manager's assistance.
Professional skills
Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
