Administrator, CA

Description:
* Type and format general correspondence, reports and presentations. Proofread for spelling, grammar and layout.
* Maintain calendars for assigned managers. Schedule internal and external meetings with local and international attendees, ensuring that proper room and/or dial-in arrangements are made.
* Take meeting minutes as requested, including distribution and follow-up of action items.
* Make travel arrangements for assigned managers.
* Maintain supplies inventory and order as necessary.
* Sort and distribute incoming mail.
* Answer incoming calls and route appropriately.
* Code department invoices for payment.

Qualifications:
* 1-3 years experience in an administrative position
* Strong typing/keyboarding skills
* Good time management skills
* Proficient in the software used by the department (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
