Admistrative Assistant

*Data Entry

*Support Project Managers by helping with tracking of employees time on various jobs, and determining work schedule

*Maintain and organize customer  and vendor and or subcontractor files

*Follow-up with Insurance adjusters and Mortgage companies

*Maintain and update notes for customer files

Skill/Qualifications:  Office experience - general, scheduling, telephone customer service, typing, documentation skills, meeting planning, verbal and written communication, must be dependable, attention to detail.
