Advent Administrator for a Prestigous Wealth Managment Company

Our Client, a Wealth Management Investment firm located in Center City Philadelphia has an immediate need for an Advent Administrator to support their team of Wealth Management Professionals in all aspects of the business.  This person will be responsible for the efficiency of the Advent program internally.  It is CRITICAL that any candidate being considered for this role have a bare minimum of 3 years of solid experience within the Advent program.  Advent experience must include Rex, Moxy, Qube and Axys.  These are a critical part for the understanding of the role. 

 

They are looking to have this person do internal training on Advent to employees so that they can utilize the system more fully and more efficiently.  This person will be the point person for all Advent products from a technical support standpoint.  They may not have all of the answers, but the company has paid for the highest level of tech support from Advent, so this person will be the one calling tech support for any issues.  This person will also run a script file each morning that has already been set up by the Administrator.

Tangible must-haves:
MINIMUM 3+ years of Advent experience
Experience with Advent, Axys, Moxy, Qube, Rex
Financial background required

The company will only consider candidates with a stable work background and a minimum of three years Advent experience.  4 year College degree preferred.
