Agency Administrative Assistant

Growing agency has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant with benefits administration experience.  Qualified candidates must possess the following:

 

1-3 years of experience in Benefit Administration

 

provide support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing of accounts

 

Must have excellent computer proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Outlook

 

Professional communication skills required for interaction with clients and insurance companies

 

Prepare submissions for marketing of accounts

 

Process and review quotes

 

Prepare proposals for meeting with insured
