Air Force Program Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistant to Air Force Program Administrator
Support Air Force Program in arranging and organizing meetings and conferences
Answer incoming phone calls as needed, as well as making calls to clients
General administrative duties include: faxing, copying contracts, data entry and maintaining current Air Force files.
Will assist in data collection for monthly financial reports, and transcription of meeting minutes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office ? Power Point and Excel a must)
Ability to multi-task and prioritze in a fast paced environment
Team oriented and ability to work independently
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Government Contract experience preferred
DOD experience is a plus
