Analyst / Administrative Assistant
Uline, a rapidly-growing international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks an Analyst / Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Service department at their Waukegan, Illinois distribution center, north of Chicago.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Provide professional administrative support to the Director of Customer Service and the Management Team

Complete weekly and monthly reporting on a variety of projects

Run reports / queries and assist with daily correspondence as needed

Take customer calls 1-2 hours per day

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong time management, organizational, and problem solving skills

Must be detailed oriented and able to maintain total confidentiality

Bachelor's Degree preferred
