Job Description: If you enjoy being the first point of contact for people then this may be the job for you! This fun and somewhat fast-paced position will greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. The right person must be able to operate a multi-line switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls, always in a friendly and professional manner. Candidate will also provide some administrative duties and office support for staff. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to type a minimum of 45wpm, and you must be dependable.
