Assistant Account Manager

Job Duties: Administrative Assistant for a fast growing manufacturer company.
Various tasks include but not limited to:
Contacting accounts, A/R research, obtaining documentation, doing detailed spreadsheets and reports of sales activities.
Responsible for filing, copying, sending/receiving e-mails, processing of PO's + other documents as needed and other basic administration duties.
Troubleshoot sales & marketing issues.
Maintain a good relationship and build a report with buyers and their assistant and handling their needs in a professional and efficient manner.
Make travel arrangements and help other Account Managers with time sensitive projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word,Microsoft Outlook, research using the Internet.
1-2 year administrative work experience, preferably in sales & marketing, customer service.
Excellent communication and documentation (English written & oral) skills are a MUST.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, have good follow-up and follow through skills to support Sales and Marketing Department.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure. Have experience working in a challenging environment.
Problem solving skills

Must have at least AA degree in Business/Marketing or Sales.
