Assistant - Commercial Construction & Development

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant to support our Construction Operations group at our regional office in Denver, CO. **Please note that our office is located in the Tech Center. Local candidates only please.  To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:High School Diploma Required Administrative Experience in a Construction and/or Real Estate Environment Preferred Proficient with the Following Computer Software - Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point), Expedition and/or Timberline Experience a Plus Excellent Attention to Detail Ability to Work Independently if/when Necessary

Some of your responsibilities will include:Type Correspondence, E-mail Messages, Memos, Meeting Minutes, Proposals, Contracts, Change Orders and Other Materials from Typed, Handwritten or Dictated Material Utilizing a Variety of Software Programs Including Expedition, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Assist With the Preparation and Distribution of Bid Packages Prepare Project Close Out Documents and Manuals
