Landmark Residential owns and manages apartment communities throughout the Southeast. The Company currently has openings for Assistant Managers in the Atlanta area.

This position is responsible for recording income and expense information; assisting in training others on company computer systems; reporting discrepancies or deviations from Company accounting policies; posting rent; making bank deposits and verifying the accuracy of leasing information.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in apartment management and leasing experience with emphasis on rent collections, posting income and related recordkeeping at this property. Must have experience using e-site/AMSI software.

All positions require week end work. Bilingual a plus.
