Assistant Services Coordinator

Deltek is looking for a team player with strong organization skills. This position will require working on a variety of internal projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and in team settings. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Assistant Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties - include, but not limited to:
* Review detailed non-billable time (including professional development
* Compare schedules to timesheets to IUFs and alert on discrepancies
* Monitor skills database
* Monitor consultants' bios
* Submit & review work orders
* Coordinate meetings, order food, cell phones, business cards, etc
* Submit NERRFs for Directors and their new hires
* Provide assistance as needed to Services Directors and Services Coordinator
* Provide IUC Admin Support
* Review & monitor CPR Summary Submissions
* Assist in coordinating consultant review triggers
* Provide assistance as needed to other internal projects
* Assist with Scheduling
* Ability to work with a variety of people.
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written) required.
* Must be strong in Microsoft Office product suite.
